Where the information comes from
Each Pennsylvania listing starts from something an organizer or a government office published: a fair's own website or a state page. The record keeps the address of that source page and a provenance date. That date is a check date only when the record carries a direct check (see below). Each listing links out to its source. Treat the source as the final word on schedule and price, since either can change.
How listings are checked
A check mark on a fair page appears only when the record carries a dated direct check. Everything else is labeled as listed from a published source. The methodology page explains the checks, how ended events are handled, and how guides are written.
