A national youth development program organized into local clubs, administered in Pennsylvania through Penn State Extension. Members carry out project work across animal science, agronomy, food, engineering and other areas, and show the results in fair competition classes, often alongside FFA chapters from local schools. Youth exhibition is central enough at some fairs that it appears in the name.
