The indoor building where judged entries that are not livestock go on display: vegetables, field crops, baked goods, canned and preserved food, needlework, quilts, flowers, photography and youth project work. Entries are marked with ribbons and premium awards after judging, which usually happens on the first day or two of a fair's run. It is the quietest part of most fairgrounds and the clearest picture of what the surrounding county actually grows and makes.
